Qualified retirement plans such as an IRA, a 401K, and others are included as part of your taxable estate, and therefore can be subject to federal and estate taxes. Making a gift to the Thomas More Law Center from your retirement account can minimize the taxes due on retirement plan assets during both life and death.

To make a gift to the Thomas More Law Center from your retirement assets, you will need to request a beneficiary change form from your plan administrator.
