Legal Help Request Form
The form below is for Legal Help Requests Only.
The U. S. Supreme Court has recognized that public interest law firms litigating on behalf of persons seeking vindication of their constitutional rights is often the desirable and orderly way of resolving disputes of broad public interest and fundamental rights.
The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC) is a national nonprofit public interest law firm that defends and promotes America’s Judeo-Christian heritage and moral values, including the religious freedom of Christians, time-honored family values, and the sanctity of human life; it is also committed to preserving a strong national defense, and an independent and sovereign United States of America.
Accordingly, the Law Center only accepts cases that fall within its mission (stated above), based on legal merit, impact on the public interest and the culture war, and available resources. Because of our stated mission, TMLC is generally unable to take cases dealing with family law, child custody, personal injury and other civil and criminal matters. Thus, you should not take our denial of your request for legal help as a judgment on the legal merits of your case and you should contact an attorney in private practice.
If your case falls within our mission, please fill out the Legal Help Request Form below so that our case review board can determine whether TMLC can assist you. However, submission of this form to TMLC does not mean that TMLC has agreed to represent you, nor does it create an attorney-client relationship with TMLC. Moreover, submission of this form does not authorize you to represent to anyone that TMLC represents you. If this is an urgent legal matter, please consult with a private attorney.
If TMLC, in its sole discretion, agrees to represent you, a separate written Retainer Agreement will be executed between you and TMLC.
