The right to life is our most fundamental human right. Yet, we live in a culture where abortion is a daily tragedy and euthanasia a grim reality. For decades courts have undermined the sanctity of human life. This battle is about affirming the intrinsic value of every human life, and “wait” is not an option. As the leader in the effort to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Law Center actively promotes and defends, in courts across America, state constitutional amendments that protect innocent human life, right of conscience laws for medical professionals, as well as the free speech rights of pro-life students, sidewalk counselors and demonstrators.
